Cliff Jumping the Clear Blue Waters of Cassible Beach, Sicily

If you’re all friends jump off a cliff are you going to jump off too? Yes, the answer is yes if this particular cliff is the not-so-well kept secret spot in Cassible! Okay, obviously you should take it upon yourself to check that it’s safe the day you go as the water level does sometimes change. Please DO NOT assume that just because it is a common cliff jumping spot it is always an okay day to jump. Even if the water level is low on the day you happen to show up you really can’t be upset. I mean, look at this view! There’s so much to appreciate here. The water is crystal clear and on most days, its warm too.

Meet Vincenzo, our Sicilian rescue and the love of my entire life!

Parking is anywhere from 5 to 12 euro so be prepared. From the parking lot you want to walk towards your right (if you’re facing the ocean). Then, follow the trail all the way up.

*Will update this post with exact coordinates of parking lot as soon as possible

I am such a scary cat when it comes to heights. I always wanted to cliff jump but never could get up enough nerve.

I know! I am too but being with a large group of friends and watching everyone have so much fun made me feel like I needed to live a little!

haha yeah I was a little nervous to write about it and then have readers just jumping off left and right. OMG that would be so terrible!

Cliff-diving is such a rush. I cliff dove in Quebec City, Canada a few years back, so much fun. It looks gorgeous where you’re jumping, I’m jealous!

Was at first amazed by the cliff and waters and then I see Vincenzo. As a dog lover myself, I can’t help myself from smiling at his photo.

I’m extremely afraid of heights and water. So I don’t think I can do this. But if my friends would try this, I think I would too. Besides, they would save me if ever something happened to me. Lol
